At Pon Power, we have been helping companies for nearly a century with smart, sustainable, and future-proof energy generation and management. Our custom solutions contribute to the energy transition and ensure the future resilience of businesses. Grid congestion and other current issues have significantly changed our work in recent decades, but with our engines, generators, batteries, and solar panels—primarily from Caterpillar—we ensure that every company gets the energy it needs. We put a lot of care, engineering, and service into our products, making our custom solutions excel in every market segment.

For each position, it is determined whether an assessment is required. This may include a personality questionnaire, a cognitive ability test, and possibly a business case.

If both parties are still enthusiastic after the second interview or assessment (if applicable), we would be happy to make you an offer.
