PRODUCTS FOR LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES

To achieve this, we build a microgrid, aiming for the most sustainable and reliable solution possible. For example, we minimize the operating hours of any necessary generator set.

Our own Pon Power Management System calculates, based on algorithms, the optimal time to use each energy source. The smart MMC takes into account factors such as the characteristics of the electrical grid, the chosen energy storage, and the load requirements. This ensures that you are always guaranteed a reliable power supply at the lowest cost.
Our own Pon Power batteries play an important role in the efficient use of green energy and are a key component in our microgrids. They act as a buffer and are highly effective in mitigating the intermittent nature of green energy. We offer a wide range of power options because we can deploy both Pon Power batteries and Caterpillar batteries in our microgrids. All of these batteries are scalable, high-quality, and extremely reliable.
Pon Cat offers a wide range of reliable, energy-efficient diesel and gas generator sets with power capacities ranging from 9.5 to 4000 kVA. From automatic transfer systems and emergency power installations to switching systems for seamless integration, our generator sets are suitable for a variety of gases, including sensitive gases such as landfill and sewage gases. Additionally, our diesel engines are compatible with biofuels (HVO), and our gas engines can run on hydrogen blends. From configuration and installation to operation and aftercare: Pon Power provides complete solutions.
A microgrid system from Pon Cat is powered by advanced half-cell solar panels. These solar panels deliver superior performance under all weather conditions. They utilize n-type silicon (which provides higher and more long-lasting output compared to p-type silicon), are bifacial (reflected light can also be absorbed on the rear side of the panel, increasing efficiency), and are encapsulated between two glass plates (a glass-glass panel), making them safer and extending the system’s lifespan.
These solar panels are sourced from the largest Tier-1 manufacturers and have been thoroughly tested according to all major industry standards.
Furthermore, our solar panels come with a 15-25 year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty (87.4%). They are scalable, fire-safe, and easy to install.
With Cat Connect, you can monitor the operation of your smart microgrid system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From your phone, computer, or tablet, you can, for example, immediately detect potential issues, gain insight into costs, and resolve problems remotely.
