C32 Diesel-electric propulsion set

This CAT C32 generator set engineered by us for diesel-electric propulsion is vibration-free, compact, and quiet. The set is optimized for low fuel consumption at four speeds and features a heat recovery system. The engine cooling water is first directed through a plate exchanger to heat various onboard systems, and the unused heat is then cooled by a secondary cooling system.

The enclosure is connected to air ducts and provides its own supply of combustion air and removal of radiant heat from outside the engine room. Since the set as a whole is also mounted on vibration dampers, no one will feel like they are standing next to a 32-liter engine. Thanks to the focus on accessibility for service and maintenance, all components of the engine can be easily accessed via the doors and removable panels.

C18 Diesel genset with Stamford generator

This genset is designed from top to bottom by Pon Power. From the baseframe to the generator itself, everything is carefully selected to achieve the best possible output.

Cat C9.3 diesel genset with enclosure

Specifically tailored to customer requirements, this generator set needed to be compact and quiet, and fit in parts through an 86 cm wide doorway. This allowed for assembly in the engine room. We wrote an IKEA-like manual to make the installation as simple as possible. The compact enclosure is equipped with fans, labyrinth sound dampers, and is optimized for service and maintenance thanks to the space above the engine and removable panels. Additionally, the control and monitoring panels are recessed for optimal use of the space in the engine room.

DEF SKID

This DEF pump (Diesel Exhaust Fluid Pump) pumps a urea solution to the SCR system of a diesel engine to reduce harmful NOx emissions. The pump ensures precise dosing, which is essential for the efficient operation of the aftertreatment system.
